Getting started
What does Campsite Grabber do?
Campsite Grabber repeatedly checks supported reservation providers for openings that match your trip. When one appears, we alert you and send you to the provider to finish the reservation.
What is a campsite scan?
A scan is one saved trip search. It includes a destination, an arrival window, stay length, and any campground, campsite, equipment, accessibility, or site-style preferences you choose.
Which destinations can I monitor?
Coverage includes Recreation.gov, Yellowstone National Park Lodges, and select state and local park systems. Coverage varies by provider and destination. The most reliable check is to type at least two letters in the destination field and choose from the results shown.
Does Campsite Grabber reserve the campsite for me?
No. We monitor and alert; you review the campsite details and book directly with the reservation provider. Campsite Grabber never places a campsite in your cart or completes payment on your behalf.

Scans & availability
How do flexible dates and stay lengths work?
Your earliest and latest arrival dates create a window of possible check-in days. Your minimum and maximum stay create the acceptable trip lengths within that window. A wider window usually gives your scan more chances to find a match.
Can I search specific campgrounds or campsites?
Yes. Leave facilities blank to watch every reservable facility at a destination, or select particular campgrounds. After choosing a campground, you can narrow the scan to specific campsites. Optional filters can also cover equipment length, electric service, accessibility, and campsite style.
How often does a scan check for openings?
Checks run repeatedly at a responsible, adaptive cadence. Timing can vary by reservation provider, demand, and service conditions, so we do not promise a fixed check interval.
Why was an opening gone when I clicked the link?
Campsite inventory can change in seconds. Another camper may reserve an opening between our detection and your checkout. An alert is a timely lead, not a hold or a guarantee, so open the provider link quickly and verify every detail before paying.

Alerts
How will I be notified?
Email alerts are included. Verified text recipients and web push can also be enabled where those channels are available. Your account defaults apply to every scan unless you set custom alert preferences for an individual scan.
Why am I not receiving alerts?
Confirm that your subscription and scan are active, the trip has not ended, and the event is enabled in Alert settings. Check spam for email, verify any text recipient, and make sure push is enabled on this device. You can also send a test alert from Alert settings.
Can someone else receive my campsite alerts?
Yes. You can select up to five verified recipients in Alert settings. Invited email or text recipients start receiving alerts only after they confirm their destination.
Will I get the same alert over and over?
Smart alerts are designed to avoid repeating the same unchanged opening. Depending on your preferences, you can still hear when new availability appears, a closed opening returns, availability ends, or a scan recovers from a problem.
Manage your plan
Billing & account
What does Campsite Grabber cost?
The plan is $10 per month and includes up to five active campsite scans. You review the plan before checkout, and campsite reservations are paid separately to the reservation provider.
What happens when I reach five active scans?
You can keep saved scans, but only five upcoming scans can monitor at once. Pause an active scan, then start or resume another. Pausing keeps that scan’s settings and history.
How do I pause or delete a scan?
Open the scan and choose Pause scan to stop monitoring without losing your setup. To remove it permanently, use Delete scan at the bottom of the scan page. Deleted scan history cannot be restored.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Open Billing, choose your subscription, and follow the cancellation steps. A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; monitoring stops when subscription access ends.
